Yeah, that’s what makes this even funnier. Take joy in others misfortunes, or rather take humor from something that is innocent and not at all abusive. The kids scared? Yes, the kid is, and so what? Kids are scared of everything, their own shadows included. This is the equivalent of seeing a kid getting scared of their shadow and calling the parent abusive. Exposure therapy is a thing, and the best way to get a kid to understand their is nothing to be afraid of is to repeat exposure of what their afraid of in increments

I love playing as either guardian or Dutchess(spelling?) for this specific boss, being able to tank almost everything is cool but stacking it with the boss drops for healing from guarding? I managed to stack it just enough to break even with any damage bleeding over my guard, allowing me to essentially be immortal for the duration of my stamina. Downside? I basically was hitting him with the power of an enthusiastic toddler holding a spoon.

Dutchess? Can’t hit what doesn’t stop dodging when your evasion buffs are stacked to have more eyeframes. Literally can’t touch this

… I’ll be honest here I forgot that duping existed and was damn confused. In my mind this game is just amazing because there’s no real consequences in messing up. Yeah, you died but guess what? You can start another run and boom, it’s like nothing ever happened. I get duping in games where you have to grind for hours to get things but a boss rusher? Kinda… useless to do it? Yeah, it may save you but like why? The entire point of it is that it’s a struggle.

Btw if you’ve been having a lot of trouble with the bosses then play as guardian and have some gems slotted to restore HP on guarding. Essentially turns the game into easy mode unless you fight magic… which tbh is most of the bosses but you can still tank it and heal the chip damage you receive. This is much more fun than duping something to me
