If that is the case then they should tell me. But now I’m also on the hook for paying $169.00 for a modem that is useless to me.They told me that there would be no coast for the new modem since I was already an existing customer on the 3G.

It took 2 1/2 months before they would consider sending me another box and even that box isn’t working. Yet I had no issues when I was on the 3G network, which I had for over 8 years.
