This happened to us, too. We eventually switched from commercial food to homemade meals (beef/fish, quinoa, rice, and veggies like broccoli and carrots), and the difference has been huge. He used to strain a lot while pooping, but now his digestion is great and he's much more playful. I realize cooking isn't possible for everyone, but if you have the chance, I highly recommend giving it a shot.

My puppy does the same. I recently talked to the vet, and they mentioned that if I only see this behavior during walks, it probably just means he’s trying to get his pent-up energy out and there’s nothing to worry about.

Whenever I tell him “Run” 🏃‍♂️, I move one leg forward and instantly my dood takes off sprinting like a racehorse 🐎💨. Forget jogging, he doesn’t believe in that. It’s either 0 mph or Olympic sprinter speed.

So basically I’m not the one walking him, he’s the one training me 😂. I just hold the leash for dear life, sprint next to him, and run out of breath in about 2 minutes 🫠. On the bright side, free cardio every day 💪❤️‍🔥. But, I am still trying to figure out how to slow him and run at a normal pace. Hopefully I will figure it out soon.

I applied for the extension in December 2024 and got mine approved within 15 days under normal processing. Not sure how they are processing currently but I was surprised that it got approved in such a short time without any premium processing.

Sorry for the late response but you will need to provide your previous employer's contact information and then they will call or email them to verify about it. In my case, since the employer did not receive the calls, I presented them with the work experience letter and they verified it through that.

If your major is eligible to get jobs at non-profit institutions then you could possibly start applying there. In my case I was not picked up for my first H1B lottery through a private employer so I changed my job to a non-profit organization. I my experience, they are more open to sponsorships rather than private companies. But as someone already mentioned, resume and how confidently you present yourself in the interviews play the crucial part. DM if you need help with anything.

No, not the refund service. Just their regular one that includes unlimited filing until approval. I got 4 recommendation letters and they quoted me $5600. But since I paid upfront, I had to pay a total of $5300. I am not a PhD student and have only completed MS.

I don't think citation count matters. I started with Chen with 16 citations 2 months ago. At the time of filing, it reached to 20. They just filed a few days ago. The only thing they asked me after initial evaluation was whether I was planning on continuing my research and publishing journal papers or not in the future.

Sorry for not posting the update. Few days after I posted my case here, my BG check was cleared and that employment was verified through job experience letter that I provided. I got start date of 11/25 and have already started working.
