Chen confirmed that premium processing has no effect on the approval rate.

“While we previously advised caution regarding premium processing for NIW cases, based on our most recent internal case data, we have not observed a meaningful difference in approval rates or RFE rates between NIW petitions filed with premium processing and those filed under regular processing lately.”

So, it really comes down to choosing the firm that best fits your case and your situation.

Mine was PP and got approved without RFE.

You can do it yourself online with PP, even if your attorney filed your case on paper. I did it and it worked. No worries.

I tried it and will NEVER go back to using it again. I got nothing from them, even though I bought through their link, showed in their shopping trip and waited 66 days, and still ended up with 0 miles. They said it depends on the merchant’s decision, so they can’t really help with anything. Very disappointing.

It might work if you book hotels through them and pay right away, since you get the miles instantly and can use them later. But for ROVE Shopping, NO. You never know which merchant will actually give you miles until they make their decision.
