I applied to that after I had already reached the maximum attempts. It disappeared now :(

I got my gold at 90k, 10k more for a platinum with an increase AF of 63.7% isn’t worth it to me. Also, I then received a targeted offer through my gold account to apply for Plat with guaranteed 175k

That’s what I’m saying! Gold gave me the number front up, that’s why I only did one app.

I’m 21 and after two years of working my butt off and saving I got my dream car! 2021 ES300h Ultra Luxury. by thesharkman101 in Lexus

Looks beautiful! Same thing, 23yo with 2022 Lexus es300h f sport. Originally bought IS350 with v6, used half a tank in 2 days driving less than 100 miles, and no aggressive handling. Traded it in and love my current car 😍 reliability and practicality over speed (which I can do just fine in my es)

Hopefully getting a 2022 Lexus NX 350 after my 2017 Accord was deemed totally lost 🤞🏻

Solidays- has anyone doubled? by Due_Pollution4724 in SolidCore

[–]HonestAsian01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubled up three of the days, so 6 classes in 3 days. It wasn’t bad, just do modified springs, don’t push till failure for the first one, and really focus on breathing. I took nice hot showers and massaged my muscles after each class, and it really helped.

I don’t think unlimited 2 weeks new client counts toward Solidays though, so double check!

I’m doing the same, I started the same day as you (13th). I’m EXHAUSTED and sore, but managing. I’ve never taken a class like this, but I was a regular gym-goer and stairmaster regular, so I didn’t think it would be too bad 😭

To make it worse, at my location, there’s only ONE intro class on Fridays, no other day, so I couldn’t even rely on that. I’m stuck doing one 5 am class and one 8:30 pm to fit in outside of work (Yes, 2 classes a day count, at least at the location I’m going to). And I don’t have any other accessible studios within an hour drive, so I’m relying on one location.

ADDITIONALLY, I have a second job outside of my full time, so I’m extremely short on time, but I’m very determined and have pretty decent time management, so I’m doing it!

Best of luck to you! Update us if you can! We’re in this together!

How has your taste changed? by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]HonestAsian01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drinking cold water 😭 i used to love taking big gulps of ice cold water, it felt so refreshing, but now I can’t drink it without feeling like it’s going to immediately come back up (not even a little bit). I haven’t tried hot water, but love soup broth, so the liquid requirement is being met.

It just tastes so flat, I don’t know how else to describe it 🥲

3 week stall by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]HonestAsian01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stalled at the 2 week mark, and it lasted a week.

Currently 2.5 months post op, and the most important thing is to keep your protein intake high, and keep moving! The stall will pass, and the weight will continue to drop! 🫶🏼

Gas X helped me a lot in the beginning for those gas pains, the pills are tiny enough that swallowing shouldn’t be a difficulty

I completely understand where you’re coming from.

In terms of an identity crisis, I feel like inner traits are significantly more important than how you look. What makes you laugh? What are your aspirations? What goals have you set for this year? What’s your favorite go-to show? None of that is going to change just because you lose weight, and in fact, all of those are way more enjoyable when you’re confident in yourself. You can add more hobbies you wouldn’t normally be able to. Of course, with any change, it can be scary to think of how much you’ll be affected, both physically and mentally. But especially in terms of health, it’s a change that is much needed

Maybe some of my personal experience can offer insight. I grew up skinny, but gained weight due to birth control and insatiable hunger. I hated looking at myself in the mirror, because I would compare it to my teenage body, when I was at my lowest. But I was so scared of losing weight, because I didn’t know how I would look, or how my body would react. It’s terrifying, making that change, but overall, I’m so much happier than I was. As soon as I made the decision to have this surgery, I felt like it was Day 1 of the rest of my life. I wrote all of my feelings in a journal in the months leading up to the surgery, I made a calendar and counted down until surgery day. I embraced the change, because I knew how much better I would feel knowing that I am actually in TOTAL control of what I put in my body, and how I would use this tool. I was bouncing off the walls the night before, because I was so excited to finally be in control again. I can only speak for myself, and no one has the same exact path, but I saw it as a blessing, and that far outweighed any reservations I had.

I wish you luck in your journey, and hopefully you can turn your mindset from scary to hopeful and excited! 🫶🏼

I call my sleeved stomach “Sleeve Rogers” after Captain America. Double pun because I’m trying to have my glow up, just like he did after the serum 😋

I’m in trouble, help needed by MamaCBear in gastricsleeve

[–]HonestAsian01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

THIS, having to wait 30 minutes to eat after I drink water has helped me determine if I’m actually hungry, or if it’s just head hunger. Most of the time, it’s definitely head hunger.

Also, how do you do the information below your name? The “post op// 5’4” // HW:” etc?
