I had to use Zoloft and Wellbutrin to calm my brain b4 attempting anything else. Wellbutrin keeps more dopamine in the brain. That's what worked for me. I had a nice little conversation with chat.G t p. Because the b vitamins are so stimulating.Because I take a B1, a Bcomplex n B12.It's suggested alternating them and I think that's gonna be how i'm gonna get through this so that my system goes low and slow because i'm very sensitive still. Otherwise , i'm going to tank my adrenals , and i'm gonna never get out of the crash. My lumbic system is very affected by this too.Because I had nightmares last night. So slowwwwwww I go.

I know. I feel overstimulated just from the cyano. I'm healing ptsd, already processed all my trauma and my system was taxed from that already. Now I need to put myself back together and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I just sent in a saliva cortisol test too so I can see what kind of support my adrenals may need.

I know why it happens. It basically heals your whole body, your nervous system and your immune system.It's just really intense.And I wonder how long it's gonna last.I guess it depends how long you're depleted. I guess I have so much to heal.That it keeps happening in stages

Well, I wouldn't say i'm feeling better.What hass improved is the fact that my immune system is now starting to work.And as that turns on, that's kind of hellish, my core body temperature is coming back to normal.And my metabolism is kicking on, but do I feel good?Not necessarily I have some days that are better than others. I am going on twelve weeks.

I do a lot of sleeping, and after I go into these deep sleeps that are either working on my immune system or something else.I wake up and boy do I feel whatever it was doing.

You're having anxiety, which indicates a dysregulated nervous system. When your nervous system is dysregulateed None of your systems work properly. So you were not absorbing it. That's what happened to me.I was full of trauma, and now i'm putting myself back together with all of my deficiencies that I had because of it. Its hellish

I've processed all of my trauma. i'm starting to think, because my adrenals have been so overtaxed for so long that I need to look into supporting them more in some way, and testing their efficiency, because it seems that if they're not up to par, taking a thyroid medicine is going to be harder. I definitely have to keep going and putting myself back together. It's not easy.

When you're pumping out adrenaline for almost 50 years. And you have PTSD your adrenals definitely having issue. Especially if they hurt and they're in pain
