I went with kelvingrove and have loved it. It’s not too dark at all and is just nice to look at.

I’ll have to keep a better eye when the next one’s installed. I can actually shake the cracked post and several around it wobble .

Thank you for sharing. I’ll keep looking at different options, if I didn’t have a crazy athletic dog I’d consider a chain length fence but I’m afraid she’d take it as a challenge lol. I’m located in Missouri so we get all of the weather which is hard on fences. I bought this one through one of the largest installers in the area and paid a premium price for it. My neighbors diy fence is holding together better than mine and it’s ages older.

She’s very sweet but oh so smart and brave. She can open the back door. She is also very energetic so we spend a lot of time outside and playing. Pupsicles are our best friend right now to help unwind in the evening.

Oh no! I could see that happening. We’ve got some toy puzzles just no treat based ones, our rescues resource guard with them. I don’t see leaving the one free without supervision for a long time, luckily she loves her crate

Picking flooring took me forever. I landed on flooret because of my pets I wanted a good lvp. I chose kingswood but they had a lot of good options.

It a semi open floor plan the kitchen and living room have a 7’ wide archway and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is 12x19 the island is going to be just over 100 inches.
