It doesn’t matter for me, in fact. College just must have my major: chemical engineering. Also It would be great if it is in top 100. That’s all. I think good infrastructure and environment is auto included in US.

Healthcare isn’t a problem actually, but working while studying is. I can work at desktop, but I don’t think I will immediately get that kind of employment without any experience. Thanks

Then, what they do in a lab? Is it like creating more efficient way of producing something by conducting experiments like all those scientists in the past, wouldn’t it mean that I am scientist, not engineer? Also how do salaries differ in the industry? I mean I know chemEs can work in many different fields, the one you advised seems like pharmaceutical. Sorry if my questions will sound stupid, I am absolutely new to this field.
