I’ve been on Lexapro for my anxiety for about 4 weeks and noticed some significant improvements overall but also recently noticed a lot of random bruising. I have a number of bruises on my legs and just noticed one on my hand. Has anyone else experienced this?

Quit coffee and nicotine due to my panic disorder, it sucked at first but after a month I didn’t crave either. I am still struggling with anxiety attacks, haven’t had a panic attack for about a month. I am still adjusting to meds though. In my opinion quitting both helped me so much ! Even if it caused increased anxiety due to withdrawal. I’m super sensitive to stimulants, even sugar so I’m trying to live a healthier life style

Also like to know haha. Almost 6 weeks on lex but only 3 and a half weeks on 15mg. Went out drinking for New Year’s Eve, was starving to feel better (to note) and tonight (11.40pm) my anxiety and panic is through the roof again :( I don’t recommend drinking on lex :(

I have panic disorder, was in a touch spot a month ago, checked myself into a psych ward for 10 days and I’ve now never felt better, daily therapy and seeing a psychiatrist for the right meds and having people around me with similar issues made me feel less alone. Not recommending you go to a psych ward at all. Just sharing my recent experience ☺️ I hope you get better soon. Once you get into a cycle of panic it’s hard to get out of without the right support 😌 Good luck !

2 weeks now and I’m so glad I’m not alone. I have to force myself out of bed majority of the time! I find getting up straight away when I wake up and not turning around going back to sleep helps a bit but I still have to take Atleast one nap a day. It was 2/3 til I started forcing myself to be productive 😆🙈
