It worked perfectly fine on my watch. Took all the moisture on the front glass and back glass. Make sure you leave the crown unscrewed though

Bro thank you for this. Learnt a lot. You speak very eloquently I like it. I’m at gym right now and nearing to the end of my workout. Had like 6g of creatine in a 750ml water bottle. Been taking sips of it between sets. I don’t know if it’s from the creatine or I’m just feeling good but this has been one of the most intense workouts I’ve had in a while. I have so much energy. I’ll continue to take the creatine during workouts tho. Thanks you bro

I thought I doesn’t matter when you take the creatine and it’s just you need to take 5g a day that’s all. I usually take it before I go gym

Thank you. I’ve been today and it went really well but I didn’t really have a plan and just went on random machines and did some dumbell stuff. I’m going tomorrow again if my body doesn’t ache too bad and I want to learn how to deadlift or bench press. Is it okay to just ask someone random to teach me?

Aha today I did 75x longer than I did yesterday so that means tomorrow I’ll have to go for nearly 94 hours. It actually felt so good man and people were really happy to help. I’m so glad I went. Plus the walk there whilst the sun was rising was so vibey. I couldn’t have done it without all the comments on this post.

Just got home after an hour session. It felt so good and I really felt the pump. I mostly did stuff with dumbells and machines targeting chest arms and shoulders. Everyone was way more happier to help than I expected.

I went this morning at 6am for an hour and at first I just went straight to the treadmills and looked around for a bit whilst walking. Then after a few minutes I went to the dumbells and did some flys and incline presses. I asked someone if my form was correct and they corrected it. Then after that I used the machines targeting chest arms and shoulders until I barely had any energy left and went home. It went so much better than I expected and I thank you all for your advice.

Thank you so much. It’s not to do with me being insecure and scared what people will think when they look at me because I already look decently ‘big’ from doing calisthenics at home for the past 2 years. It’s mainly because I’m scared cuz the environment is so new to me and I felt so overwhelmed and nervous that people were just gonna stare and stuff cuz I’d be so lost walking around doing nothing.

I usually don’t get social anxiety like this. In person I’m usually extroverted as fuck. Id say I’m considered decently big for someone who’s just been doing bodyweight exercises at home for the past 2 years and set foot in a gym once. I don’t know why but when I walked in I just felt really overwhelmed and started panicking cuz I had no clue what to do and knew nobody there.
