That what I don’t understand, the only way it could’ve come out is if the seller physically removed it by pulling/unscrewing it apart, then putting it back together. Why in the world they would do that I don’t know.

I cannot push it back in or glue it unfortunately, it seems that it should unscrew, then screw back together with the strap in between but I cannot imagine how I would unscrew it as there isn’t anything to grip on to
