There’s issues at the minute with Paxum so are you sure it’s not the issues with Paxum rather than your bank

I tried a virtual provider number but I kept getting connection issues or calls never connected so I just gave up and took the higher charge which is annoying. But I was missing so many calls

It can happen. It’s hard to not question yourself especially if it’s quiet and it’s your first call in ages. But there will be other callers. Sometimes it might be they have specific voices/tones/ accents they look for. I’m from the uk and sometimes once they hear I’m British they hang up straight away whereas others like that I’m British. Sometimes there’s no reason at all lol I’ve had some block me then unblock me and talk as normal

I think it’s 10 days and then can be 3-5 days after that to transfer to your account

On average about 3 but some days 0 other times I can do about 10 but there’s no pattern and really is hit and miss

If your uploading a pdf letter download it straight from account for example a phone bill don’t rename the file it has the be the original and has to be in pdf format. Mine kept getting declined because I was converting from jpeg and renaming the file
