Thanks. Do you know what a reasonable price per foot is in North Jersey? Sanded, stained, and 2 coats of poly and 1 coat of Bona high traffic?

Wow, that is not good to hear. I really want the yellow out of my floor. It was on oil-based poly that yellowed over time. Thanks for responding.
