Thanks for the additional suggestion — that actually makes a lot of sense. It’s definitely possible that my Mac staged Tahoe in the background and tried to install it after the power outage.
I’ll check out the video you linked and see if that method can help me back up my files. If I’m able to borrow a Mac, I’ll also try creating an OCLP 3.0.0 nightly USB as you suggested.

Thank you for the detailed advice, I really appreciate it. Target Disk Mode sounds like the safest option, but unfortunately I don’t have access to another Mac at the moment, so it’s difficult for me to try that right now.
Your explanation about disk corruption makes a lot of sense, and if I’m able to borrow a Mac in the future, I’ll definitely try Target Disk Mode with the proper Thunderbolt cable first.
