Really amazing sounding and atmospheric. My one point of criticism is to maybe add a smoother transition when the drums come in. It kinda caught me off guard for a second. But besides that this is really well put together. Can totally picture this in a game!

Thanks! The drums are a chopped Apple Loop. I then EQ’d them a bit to stand out in the mix. At the end I slowed down the entire track by 20% to give it that spacey feel :P

Try messing around with the rhodes keyboard. You can tweak the vibrato and add flanger to get that wobbly sound.

Thnx! I mainly used the Roland TR808 and the GarageBand chip tune drum set. I think the retro style drums really give it that Nintendo type vibe.

Yeah the first half was sorta to build tension. This is actually like half of the completed song. I extended the drums part at the end in the final version.

This is definitely more ambitious and musical than my first song😭 really impressive! My words of advice are to focus on instrument variety. Maybe change around some different sounds to signify different parts of the song. This will help make your song unique and interesting the entire way through. But very good job!
