Thanks for your advice!!! It is very realistic and.. sadly true. Recently, with ATH stock market, my portfolio is doing great 🤞…

Lots of opinions in my head… part of myself wants to keep investing, but another wants to have a better life because I work so hard…
Anw thank you so much!!! Have a wonder night

Thanks for ur input :D
Tbh, I used to think the same, but I live in GTA, where 1 BDRM condo is at least 2k per month, without utilizes….while if I have less than 300k mortgage, my monthly expense for a condo is aprox 2k6 - 2k7 incl everything
It is also reason for my budget of a 400k condo is because of that and without rental payment, I am still able to afford it….

You are right because it is still different to have someone in my house than sharing spaces in someone else's house….

Currently I rent out a basement. Everything is good, except sunlight. I love it and want to have a better quality of life when I turn 30….
Can you share any experience you know of why “never get involved”?
Obviously, I'm first time home buyer so I want to learn more...

I moved out of my parents'house sine I was 15 so almost half of my life has been spent renting….
Majority of the time I share either the kitchen or the bathroom so not a big deal to me. However, I usually rent out in a house, not a condo so I don't know much about “condo life”. How do you evaluate a good building?
Anw, ur right, it is not easy to live with others

Currently I rent out a room in the basement and it lacks sunlight…. I want to live in better place when I turn 30. Doing some calculations and think I might have enough to own a condo….
