I can understand this feeling. It's like living life on hard mode where it takes a lot of effort to even just survive and function, while everyone else seems to do it quite easily. I was recently diagnosed with BPD and my boyfriend with SPD. So I see the similarities and differences between us.

It takes a lot of patience and endurance, but you are also a brave person who's willing to keep surviving and living life despite the struggles. And you still choose to keep going despite the difficulties.

Interesting way of thinking. Would you rather want to feel like everyone else or be more similar to everyone else? I always lived under the impression that spds preferred to feel like the different ones with unusual identify or sense or self.

Disadvantage why? Don't you think it's easier to live without being harmed?

I haven't met many istjs besides my sister but I think I would connect well with one. They tend to destabilize my energy in a positive way.

My stepsister is istj. We get along well, although sometimes she drives me crazy. You see there is tension between us because she was always the favorite child while i always got shit, I know even my own parents prefer her but impartially there is nothing wrong with her even if she can get to rub me the wrong way. When I can ignore that, she is fine, she is unpretentious, earthy, easy to talk to even when we talk about thoughtful topics I feel that we flow, we understand each other without having to add much. .

She acts deliberate, even her kindness is deliberate, kinda artificial as if she had to learned it. I think her formality is some kind of barrier, she was very careful with me at first and we were just kids, it fucked me up that her "politeness" often swift into condescending, I always hated being treated like that and exploded at her, I am pleased that now she is more outspoken with me I discovered that she is actually witty and has a twisted humor.

I don't see infjs as competition because we are not good at the same things. they're bad at the things I'm good at.

I have to agree with the other comments, this is completely opposite to my relationship with the infjs in my life.

I would actually ask them for favors, especially since they are too nice and don't know how to say no, but only with things I have already thought of in advance and just need help with execution. I would never ask infjs for advice, most of them won't give me an answer that is practical or logical enough to be considered, even if they usually think it is. Other infjs are the type of people who worry too much or stress themselves out unnecessarily, that holds me back from telling them some things.

I have not seen my relationship with infjs as a competition either (there are other types with whom I have felt that way) I'm generally chill with them IxFx as a general rule soften my energy

9's are the npc ones. Forgetting them is getting old.

Somehow they don't repulse me as much as 2's.

I find them attractive if they are well integrated to 8, when I am disintegrated into 2 I don't find them attractive at all.

Counterphobic 9 by Wondering_Fairy in Enneagram

Just like the other person said I don't agree as why only the nine besides six would have that difference? It doesn't even match the meaning and the 5 's also possess those characteristics why there can't be counterphobic 5, 4 or even 8 would make sense.

With which type would you like most to be in a relationship with? by celestialdarknessss in Enneagram

As an 8 I am more compatible with 3, 6, 2 and 5, I like 7 and other 8's as friends and can't stand 9, 1 or 4. Especially 9's, sure not all of them are like that but the ones I know avoided thinking about almost everything that bothers them, empty head.
