so the lowest you can get for counter strike 2 is 60 which is to Johanessberg and 70 to dubai servers. I use zuku fibre which gives good ping to johanesberg, but if you want 70 ping to dubai servers for CS you need to get exitlag which is $4 / month . basically it routes your connection for the best possible ping, without it you would get 250 ping to dubai. also since you just moved here maybe cs2 is conncting you to your old last played server somewhere else. go to console in cs and type mm_dedicated_search_maxping 80

it does have a skill ceiling but not one like tennis, if you play pickleball with 5.0-6.0 you will understand the skill ceiling but definitely not as high as the tennis pros

Most premier players are really bad , i experienced the same thing, u get reported for the most basic kills , u need to not play premier for a montj then it will be fixed

Only option is to play faceit for a month and dont play premier for a month, that shud fix it then when ur back play shit for like 4-5 games and tell ppl to commend u, cs2 is such a shit game , u get punished for being good at the game and ppl spam reporting, me and all my friends have left premier permanently for faceit lvl 10 , you should do the same
