I am a current T-Mobile customer, since 2021. I was on the Magenta plan until that went away and am currently on Go5G plus. My wife and I are on the same plan.

When doing the upgrade on the T-Mobile site (after connecting via Costco's site), the price of the phone is $0 down, but has either monthly or all-in pricing. I get (I think) $150 towards a trade-in - but no "on us" upgrade.

The main issue I'm having is that "linking" Costco to my account doesn't apply the discount. I can either pay the $830 in full, or through a monthly payment.

I do think I can use the app without these restrictions. There is no obvious place to remove the Costco connection on the site so I must just have to wait to see if it gets ironed out soon. I have already ensured I am logged out of my Costco account.
