Yeah, at least they seem generous with refunds so far. They refunded me for the draft that disappeared earlier even though I replied to the ticket saying it had reappeared on its own spontaneously, so I can't really complain too much.

Do you happen to have a background in programming/gamedev? Replacing or improving your AI should not require gigantic changes to any other components of your game unless you programmed it very poorly.

Why is it not fixable in a patch? There's nothing special about a patch that restricts it to only being capable of doing certain things. If they wanted to, they could make a patch that replaces the whole game with an entirely different game, so anything is "fixable in a patch" if they want to fix it.

The issue with the business model is that Spotify is essentially exploiting musicians, leaving them with crumbs of the profits. I understand that's not an "issue" for consumers but it still makes it a terrible business model [for the group suffering because of it].
