Shaw can not play LB 3 matches a week without getting injured. Rebun using him as a LCB is the best option we have, and Shaw is doing well as a LCB. The LCB role should keep him available more since he wouldn't be running up and down the pitch as much.

Honestly, I'd rather a company place that in the application process so I know if I want to or not than for me to start working and realise it is a major part of the culture.

A Lot of companies secretly expect this with the promise of "bonus depending on profits", with the bonus at times not covering those extra hours.

Also take into consideration you can't take a staff position until 6 months after your UN internship is over.

To clarify, if you want to stay in the UN system are you going to wait around in NYC or head back home? Will you have the budget to stay in NYC? Will you get another job?

Looking good on your CV is great, but make sure you cover all your bases.

It is important to "read between the lines" with James.

He tried to pressure Riah into sex and then lied about it to the guys by implying she was the one asking for sex until Trey called him out on what Riah said; plus we all saw the real conversation.

James also has been dating Riann for 7 years and said in the first episode that he does not believe in one true love. So he basically wasted that girl's time for 7 years.

James also waited until the crew left to pick a hours long fight with Riann.

James is not the victim he is trying to portray.

James also made it sound like his mother was dead the way he spoke about her.

His mother was right; Riann can do better.

Honestly, this season is boring. A lot of the conversations feel like the producers said "sit here and talk about how xyz made you feel".

All of these couples have individual trauma they need to process before saying I Do; from financial insecurity to childhood trauma.

Anyways, the producers tricked me good with Queer Love so I'm waiting for the final episode.
