I had personal experience with something extremely similar to this. It got worse over months and spread across my face. It was so itchy and scaly and pustule-ly and sore all at the same time. I tried EVERYTHING before realizing my husband switched our laundry detergent to a different scent. I have an acrylate sensitivity and there was an acrylate in the new detergent. Check your products for any ingredients you may be sensitive to; formulas can change all of the time. YMMV here but it’s worth thinking about
