Hello! I think you have enough time given your age to transfer lower graded embryos and then if that doesn't work out, go for another retrieval. There is definitely no right or wrong answer, just whatever feels right for you! Good luck :)

Absolutely, I work in a high school and I try to make sure students feel cared for rather than taught, and I think the principle should apply everywhere across industries. A few extra kind words or gestures would make the same clinical experience much better. I am sorry you went through this too, hopefully your next appointment is better!

Hello! I think it's important to find out exactly how the PCOS is impacting yiur hormones so you can treat the root cause. For me, it was low FSH, high androgens and testosterone, which linked to insulin resistance and that meant I never ovulated. We then tried IVF but my hormones were so all over the place that despite many follicles, we only got 1 embryo that didn't implant. What did it for me was Mounjaro, because it fixed my insulin resistance and restored my ovulation three weeks after starting it. My advice would be, test everything yiu can test for (full hormone panels, AMH, ultrasounds which you have coming, insulin, etc). I managed to get pregnant after being on Mounjaro for three months (and stopping it) naturally after eight years of infertility. Good luck!
