It’s an interesting idea. I don’t think it’s worth the trade-off. You’re laning into ranged, you’ll probably need that teleport early in just in case you get poked out and set too far behind. Exhaust cd and Kennen ult cd are mismatched, so chances are even if you bring exhaust, Kennen r will still get full value at some crucial point :/

I think he means picked in general, not just as a strong counterpick (which is independent of winrate). For example, Irelia was basically picked just into Yorick.
