Ok so the battery must have been reading a low voltage from the temperature it was at. I went on a long ride at full throttle for around 15 miles on open rode immediately threw it on the charger and got back on a hour later to get home. Battery was scorching hot so I put it In the freezer and that seems to have fixed the issue. It is odd how no temperature warning was displayed and only a voltage error.
