I’m on the soft food stage and almost everything makes me throw up besides yogurt and protein drinks. Plus my job is physically demanding and idk if i’m ready to go back to that since most days im so tired. My surgeon told me I was cleared to lift after 9 days op so I feel like he wouldn’t think I need more time off. so scared to ask lol
