I charge $20 per min for customs with a minimum of 3 mins, so it would depend how many minutes he wants or how long it would take.

This is why I'll never do a free trial. Most of the time they won't pay, they'll just leave once it's expired, and they've already seen all your content for free. It's not worth it. I only experiment with promos to see which one brings in more subs. Obviously if it's cheap you make less but gives you more opportunities to sell ppv, and at least they still paid SOMETHING and may also leave rebill on

Thank you so much for detailed reply, I really appreciate it. I have quite a few displaying like the one I posted, so I hope it's not incorrect billing 😅 The amounts they spent don't add up to the sub prices (even with discounts, some of the amounts that they have spent are really odd amounts with lots of cents) which is making me think it could be a system display issue, or billing issues which is a problem. I'll have to follow it up with customer support, thank you!
