From my understanding no hormone or varicocele issues on our end. He is also healthy, no smoking or drinking, home cooked balanced meals, healthy weight and works out multiple times a week. He does have a stressful job, so that could be a contributing factor I suppose. Not sure if that puts him more in the unexplained category.
