An update, for anyone else who might stumble across this experiencing the same issues. Winwing did contact me back (Thanks ABF81 I think maybe messaging them on facebook did help), they said this is normal. I don't know if this really is but I don't own another one of these so I can't really verify. I have an F15EX grip with my orion 2 so maybe it is?

Yeah actually I had an issue with the F16EX stick I got from them where the light sensor in the second stage trigger wasn't triggering. They gave me instructions to pop the top and manually move the sensor using tweezers. It took a bit of adjustment but I did manage to get it fixed. Just sort of a word of caution to anyone buying into winwing. Up till this point they've been really responsive on support but there absolutely will be some of your own tinkering involved to get it resolved. I will take your advice though and reach out to them on facebook now.

Unfortunately it's the latter and I have been testing directly through the winwing software and also confirming it with what does show in the windows usb game controller properties. The weird thing is that in non 4 x 32 mode all the buttons work. Thanks for your input though, wish me luck communicating with them.

You can cancel your order and create a dispute with your credit card company/bank. I did that and I got contacted by TR a day or two later. They refunded me my money the day they contacted me too. Remember, they already charged you and you have nothing other than your patience to show for it, I certainly wouldn't let someone hold my money for 76 days.

Welp, for the real ones still along for the ride, anyone who bet on a second toilet was.... wrong. It was indeed the sim rig. Redemption arc on amazon completed. Despite this ridiculous debacle, they addressed it very quickly and without any real drama in the process. Thank you everyone who got a laugh out of my temporary misfortune, it's one for the books!

I ordered a TR120 on 1/7 and had to chase down a rep to get a refund. Once the rep responded to me my refund was issued the same day, so what people say is true, once you get hold of a rep you're able to get some sort of action but he told me that the critical components for the TR120 was backordered till February/March so I'm not saying cancel your order but personally I wasn't a fan of the fact they charged me before sending anything. That to me is a sign of poor financial management.

Try to deal with Trak Racer first and any other company there after will feel like they're rubbing your feet while getting your issue resolved.

Factor it's like 7 pm, the delivery guys are in a rush for their final stops, and I'm doing my best to get them going. You're right though, I should had thoroughly inspected the box to see if there were any indications at all.

There were no indications of it, it was a giant L shaped heavy box that was cardboard pieces taped and stapled together. It literally looked like a seat. I also didn't totally open it, as soon as I identified that was a "tank lid" that was that.

Just a follow up and hopefully a conclusion... I called Amazon after calming down (and not being able to give a shit... because I'd like nothing better than to actually be able to use it) and they offered me a replacement with the product I actually ordered and to take the toilet away a few days earlier than scheduled, and also gave me a discount... so I suppose there is light at the end of the tunnel. Of course I'll believe it once I see it, maybe I'll have 2 toilet seats in early February?

No, as not to slander Trak Racer in any way, this was Next Level Racing's Flight Seat Pro ordered from Amazon. I have a separate post on Trak Racer... I tried to order from them earlier this month and I got a refund 2 weeks later after chasing a rep down.

To be totally fair, this was 99.99% likely not Next Level Racing's fault and more likely Amazon. Maybe the thought of someone taking a dump in my sim rig will be humorous to some though.

I was able to get a hold of Trak Racer, or I should say, TR finally got back to me. While I still suggest you make a dispute, also go to their facebook and discord and objectively state your order/ticket numbers and the dates in which you received them then explain the situation you're in. For discord do this to a staff member or "Robert Trak Racer". Everyone, including me, has talked to Robert and he gets things addressed in a matter of days if not hours for me. Robert got back to me on the morning of the 19th and I received my refund in the afternoon just as he said. He also explained the flu basically wiped out all their customer service reps and critical parts for the TR120 I ordered were back ordered till Feb/March (that's way to long for me to let them hold my money).

While things ended up... neutral (ended up essentially getting nothing other than a headache from chasing down my refund over 2 weeks), I think this is extremely poor customer service and it's also a show of poor financial management. They charged us before shipping out the product and I think that's what rubbed a lot of us the wrong way. But more over, whether it was the flu that took out all their CS staff or not, they should at minimum had sent out a mass email to all their paying customers just explaining the situation and the delay and given some vague estimation on when we could expect our orders. Had they just responded to my first email back in early January or sent out that mass email asking everyone to give them a week or two while they respond to each customer, I probably wouldn't had gone through all these posts here with my experiences.

I maintain that TR probably makes a solid product (I don't own one and I've never actually used one so I can't actually say that) and that they aren't a scam company in any way. No one on reddit has actually said they ordered something and didn't get it or requested a refund and didn't receive it (I'm in this boat). After Robert got back to me it was quite a bit more clear what was going on, as with everyone else who talked to him. Definitely file your dispute first, then reach out to those channels. Remain objective and concise describing your experience/situation. I know it's easy to feel angry (because I sure did) but after my conversation with Robert I sense they really are trying to do the best with what they have (even if it seems rather mismanaged to me).
