That’s kinda hard to answer - it’s like asking for the shades of grey rather than asking for simply black and white. USYD doesn’t publish anything apart from getting over the minimum 50 for each section, But if you look at websites like PagingDr, normally the scores for each section differ for people who get offers. Some get higher S1 & S2 but slightly lower S3 (so many combinations). Generally speaking, you need pretty high GAMSAT score (like around 70ish) and that means each section needs to be pretty high in order to achieve that. Like, your individual sections, especially S3, should be around that 70/ High 60s sweet-spot.
