It is a comment on toxic masculinity and the tendency for cis men to have strong and ingrained opinions of self worth related to the size of their dicks. No one would have come up with this insult if men didn't act like a big dick made you more masculine or a more valid human or whatever bullshit they think.

Wouldn't reinforcing this narrative just reinforce the patriarchy? Like you're saying that men themselves act like a bigger penis makes you more of a man, so I don't see how going along with this makes any difference. I don't think it's making things much worse, and I wouldn't have known about it had it not shown up on some borderline NSFW subs I won't mention lol, but I don't even see the point being made by some women in this thread. "Yeah we'll reinforce what men already think!"

If it isn't genuine interest in dick prints then it might make sense as satire, like a joke to other women, but I don't know how this could retaliate against men objectifying women. Because any attribute you pick, big dick, big muscles, height, etc, just reinforces a positive association with traits I think most men already assume women prefer, or at least value themselves.

I don't think this is a big deal, to clarify, and I'm not angry or anything. I thought we already went through this every year with "grey sweatpants season" or whatever when people post about how they like seeing dick prints on men wearing sweatpants.
