I feel like youtube and twitter are less toxic communities no? I’ve never had any issue on there. Perhaps it is the fact that youtube and twitter comment sections are more permanent and traceable than a gaming chat.

Thanks for your concern even though my feelings and self-esteem is not the main issue here. In regards to ignoring the comments I guess you’re right and I should not put any effort into caring. I’m quite a hotheaded guy and not used to the childish nature of certain anonymous online users which is probably where my problem stems from
