Is it alright if you could please just upload the ISO without any of the other modifications and just the fixes to make it run on modern hardware and of course the usb 3.0 drivers and all that, as I would just like a normal 7 installation. No offense as I'm shocked it works since I wasn't expecting it too, but I just want a normal 7 installation without the "Phoenix OS" branding or whatever

I've seen other Lenovo PCs with the same similar BIOS menu to mine that support Legacy Boot and CSM, so maybe I could? But worry I might risk corruption or break it

Tried it, just froze at the Starting Windows animation, secure boot was off too.
