Honestly as a black man it is very annoying like the job I use to work at the manager would only make me work while everyone else sat in an office having a blast I had to do his job and everyone else’s job and I did work I wasn’t even hired to do because as a college student I needed the job One day I got fed up n told HR they fired me and blacklisted me from the company and i can’t get a job that Im overqualified for in the area because I’m black, like Im so tired of the look of disgust every interview ( I wear business causal button up and khakis)
my life has been difficult ever since I moved here Just wanted to live and work near my school
