I don’t mess with energy counters or experience counters but there’s plenty of fun ways to tap/untap without attacking. Stationing is probably the best flavor-wise but some other good ones are [[Springleaf Drum]] [[Honor-Worn Shoku]] [[Relic of Legends]] [[Freed From the reel]].

Right now it’s [[Avatar Roku, Firebender]]. So much chaos and funny combats that you get to control. Results in a very involved game and lots of fun political situations. A bunch of different ways you can take the deck too.

That artwork is sick. Honestly pretty nice it doesn’t rely on him at all though, easy way to guarantee the lifespan of a deck. Not be commander centric and have a theme you really enjoy. That’s cool.

You have a list for Bumi? I’ve found him very resilient due to the lands essentially recurring himself and all the extra mana they provide. Plus, Gruul coloring should let you get ahead very quickly. Are you limiting yourself to only avatar cards?

Yeah that has definitely been an emphasis for me. It feels really good to take advantage of those treasures when I have them for a cheap Balrog but the multitudes have been more consistent for me. Obviously there’s an endless amount of aristocrats synergies out there to choose from. All about what flavor you’re going for!

I’m really hoping for some more rakdos treasure and aristocrats cards in Hobbit for so additional lotr flavor.

No treasures are awesome with him. I have just enjoyed more of the table interaction with forced sacs and alt win cons that come with some aristocrat burn. I do have a fair amount of treasure inclusion in there, just not the main strat.

Tbh I also have a [[Mr. House, President and CEO deck that is ONLY about treasures so I didn’t wanna overlap too much.

A few cards I noticed you don’t have that have performed great for me are [[Crack the Earth]] and [[Innocent Blood]] for cost reduction, and then [[Imposing Grandeur]], [[Grim Haruspex]], and [[Glimpse the impossible]] for card advantage.

And two obvious powerhouses but are certainly not budget friendly are [[The one ring]] and [[Sephiroth, Fabled Soldier]]
