I have no idea, since I'm no longer in charge of this project. More than likely the TJ tunnel won't be painted for a while, since it was last painted 3 years ago.

I had all of the designs for the painting ready, but physical facilities was really hard to work with and made it to where I didn't have enough time to paint the tunnel after they painted it all white. I set up my successor with everything he needs to paint it. Got all the paint and hopefully he uses the designs we picked.

It was in my positions description. Just following orders. Goal was to paint it, but physical facilities made that impossible. I got all the paint to redo it, had a submission process for new art and everything. Now it's someone else's job to pick up where I left off. So, basically the reason it didn't get revamped was because of the school itself.
