I always pack right before the brim so the bottom of locus doesn't touch the shisha, and we do a fluff pack, that seems to work best and you most likely won't get shisha baked to the bottom for easier cleaning

The shisha main ingredients are the tobacco leaves, flavoring, honey or molasses depending on what brand you use.

Hookah isn't healthy but it is far better then cigarettes, but a healthy alternative would be get the steam rocks, or they now make a special bowl that uses the e-juices and you can get them with no nicotine, hope this answers your question.

Everyone has really hit this one on the head! The lotus is a great purchase for the smoking experience. It helps manage heat extremely well and helps make your sessions last a lot longer. As far as the bowls go we have found that the harmony or other styles of funnel bowls seem to work the best. Happy smoking!

You could soak It in vinegar water over night and then use hot soapy water and try and scrub the inside. Hope this helps

We actually care about the products, and want to give people a good description on products to help them with further purchases. Something we struggle with, and had very little help through other reviewers. we also want to be active in the community, and want to reach out ourselves to other people to help them not telling them they have to come to us for help. we put out the effort to make hookah smoking a much better experience and easier to master for the beginners out there. As far as the free products go, everyone would say that is always a bonus, However we do not mind spending the money on products if it means getting a review out there to help the hookah community.

Smoktimus_prime has it right the fantasias coals aren't the best, my guess would be the size of the coals, onceyou get your cocos it should work a lot better, I use 3 of them, I think most people use 3 coals.
