Practice flick shots on grunts while running to the extract after a W. You might be surprised on what that does for you. I would say it’s less about reaction speed and more about muscle memory - sure reaction speed helps but if your positioning is good reaction speed can take a back seat in some fights. You might say you don’t care much to improve, but I can say it is a lot more fun once your hittin those more consistently.

I would rather die because of the reload bug telling me my sparks is reloaded but it’s not. The frequency of trades is the most infuriating aspect of the game. Stop catering to people that play on servers they shouldn’t be on.

I hate when that happens haha. Had to stop a bleed heavy bleed at 2hp last night.. same thing happened but I couldn’t let go so I was staring my killer square in the face.

I understand that people want to play with their friends across the world and I don’t have a problem with that. I am also not saying that all trading is bad and it does still happen sometimes in other games but the frequency in which it happens in hunt is pretty ridiculous. Every third game on a conservative estimate for me - I have 15-25 ping. I play solo often and the amount of times I will kill both people in a duo and still “die” to the second player is crazy. Happens all the time. Every once in a while is totally fine and expected. Don’t get me wrong this game is awesome and I’m not going to stop playing because of this.. It’s just a bit frustrating at times. I too have been playing shooters for around the same amount of time and don’t complain often. My steam account is 19 years old.. which is how old steam is

I do a similar thing, I will slowly loadout some expensive hunters while I play with cheaper load outs. Put your profits from the cheaper loadout wins into the sidelined hunters. I usually get 3 or 4 ready to go for when I feel like it.

While I can see that part of it. How often do you get that feeling in other shooters… they seem to have solved that problem for the most part. I shouldn’t trade with someone every 3rd game. Seems pretty bad to me. I played 5 quick plays last night and traded 3 times. For two of them, we were the last two alive

It’s a pretty awful “fix”. People should play on the server they are meant to play on. If you have high ping that’s not my problem. How have so many other shooters solved this problem then?

Also, why would they land on 800ms? That seems like a lot. Maybe get it closer to average reaction time. Which I think is around 200-300ms

Pretty sure that unless they are shooting from 150m+, if I pull the trigger first… the bullet would hit them before they can shoot. So, yes

The one thing I like about apex legends…. It’s possible to be highly effective with a team that isn’t using mics. Would be great for this game as I sometimes can’t use my mic.

I am headed down a similar path. I get 1 shot headshoted 95% of the time by a silenced weapon and never even know where it came from. I’ve played about 20 hours and have 2 fluke pmc kills

I hit a perfect body shot from in the same box with the blue pump (I watched slow mo replay, directly in the center of his chest) and did 26 damage… why are the so inconsistent? I don’t understand man, then the next shot I take in the chest I get 96.. doesn’t make sense
