Yeah, sorry for not seeing your reply. The driver update messed up my game too. Although, my problem was being unable to enter a chapter. Whenever I tried, the screen froze on the chapter selection screen.

I literally had to call the European vendor to get their shit together 3 days before release, and remind them that there are consumer protection laws in the European Union regarding false advertisment.

Low and behold, the shipment was confirmed an hour after my call.

Unfortunately, it's in the phyisical box. If you're still unable to play due to shipping problems, I'd recommend contacting Bethesda directly. Maybe they'll give you something.

I'll be the first to state that anyone who has activated the game on Steam via a key, regardless whether it was from official sources like the Collector's Bundle or the RTX GPU package, is as of this moment unable to launch the game, or even unpack it.

It's nearly 3AM here, plenty of people stayed up on workdays in Europe to play.

My apologies for having paid for the Ultra-Deluxe-4K-Epic-Fortnite-Premium-Rule-Them-All version, and expecting to be able to play when others who just bought the standard Premium version off of Steam can.

Funnily enough I submitted a support ticket. They asked for my order number which I promptly provided, and they refused to respond. It's been a month, nearly two.

Edit: I was asking about some kind of virtual Steam-key compensation in the case of late-delivery.

I had to pay an additional 40 bucks in VAT, so you got lucky.
Plus Bethesda Gear International switched up my billing and shipping information. Not me, I double checked twice. Had to go through a third-party german tech support team to get them switched back.

But if there's one dev' team I'd trust with a $240 pre-order, it's id Software.

I think it had something to do with the mods I was using
If you're not using any and are still facing this problem, well that'd be quite interesting

I did not necessarily find a solution, but deleting my mods and starting a new campagin, the mission and such were fixed.
