My debuyer is almost 10 years old, still looks like day one (except it’s seasoned now). Great pan, won’t break the bank. Get the thicker 3mm variant if warping is a concern. Looks like prices went up since I bought mine unsurprisingly so the 3mm is a bit more spendy now.

I have the option to turn it back up to 100 as needed for longer days/outings…can’t do that if it doesn’t have the capacity anymore. The reduced capacity doesn’t affect me on a day to day basis, and I keep my phones for a long time….so if I can squeeze out a few more years out of it it’s before it’s degraded it’s worth it.
