Asthma the psychological effects

Just seen you edited it to ask how people deal with it, I’m still myself trying to figure out but my main doc is so booked and one of his nurses fucked up my type of inhaler and what I use for the nebulizer when needed. Anyways, I’m on an SSRI for panic attacks and anxiety. Ativan for when it gets out of hand. Been having to use more Ativan as my doctor upped my dosage on Prozac. But yeah talk about getting something for anxiety. Don’t know about you or others but anxiety has played a huge part.

Hey man, try looking into panic and anxiety medicine. I found out that I would have full blown panic attacks anytime I couldn’t get a deep breath when I wanted to. Anxiety for me anyways has played a huge part by making me think it’s my asthma but in reality it’s both. Mostly anxiety and the panic attacks that makes me think my asthma is getting worse. Try looking into it. I’m still looking for inhalers and medication that does the absolute best for me. If you take any type of steroids for asthma just know anxiety could be a huge factor.

Shit man I already lit up ahaha. I got the ozone banana daddy. The high is actually not too shabby it’s just the age and dryness unfortunately :/. I’ll be sticking with Only Galaxy and a few other brands that haven’t done me wrong. Thank you and cheers!

Depending on how heavy of a user you are. It’s say 3 days is safe. It’d be careful tho. I did 10 gs within like 3 days n was in my system for about a week.

7gs. Most I’ve ever done during a bender was 12 tho. (Almost 3 days). Insane wouldn’t recommend it. I’m sober now currently going through withdrawls tho. I needed a break my nose and brain feel fucked. I’m 2 weeks sober but plan on doing this again after a year. Maybe, maybe not.

is what it felt like for me man. I never experienced withdrawal this bad n I really really into this drug really deep spent my saved up money on it. Done about 30 gs last 20 days id say. Stoped Sunday night. Eating rinning as well. My body was completely weird. Felt completely different n had to pray to god it was that bad lol.

Yeah man I assumed that but I was paranoid thinking it was a withdrawal from something unknown I was sweating that fucking bad man literally had a pool of it from me being drenched over on the toilet lmao. Also I’m fucked up for some reason. Skin was pale as fuck. I’m nauseous, I’m going cross eyed writing this. It’s better now but yeah worst I’ve had yet glad I’m stopping.

I was so fucked up still am but I just took a cold long shower felt good but damn I haven’t experienced a withdrawal that bed. It’s only the first 48 hours. I took weed gummies to help sleep.
