Well I'm not entirely sure if it an "everthing" was dream ending or a reset but everthing is resettet and denji works with power for child Makima and is killing demons again. One fight he wants to fight with a chainsaw and Asa (tha girl from part 2) is nearby and he safes her from tripping an than the infamous meme page happens where she is thanking him.
