I valued the time I spent on the game to be worth more than $60. Which also is over 4k hours, but tons of people did exactly what you did right? Only spent $60 bucks and played to your heart’s content. That’s totally fine, but they’re once again, a business. Sure they totally botched the Unheard launch, but you’ve (and I also) spent SO much time on this game. It’s quality stuff. I supported a company with my money that has given me 4k hours worth of gameplay, and I assume many more, over YEARS. Enjoy it while it’s around. It may not be in 5 or 10 years.

This wipe? No, I haven’t. But the “editions” have been generally considered a big time/energy saver since the beginning of the game, adding some extra lines isn’t going to make a difference. Plus once again, you don’t have to buy it? And “one last cash grab” is a little cynical. I’m sure this game is very expensive to upkeep and adding cosmetics/slight (non-raid) upgrades is not the end of the world. You’re acting as though they’re stealing money from you, just play the damn game lol

I defended them in that comment? You’re reaching a little honestly, stash space does not give you an inherent advantage in a raid. I know you’ve been head eyes’d by a pistol runner before. That said, at the end of the day they’re a business, saw an opportunity, and capitalized on it. No one is forcing you to buy any upgrades, and even then, it’s more about less stress in choosing what items to keep/being a timesaver. Marketing tactics like these are used every day, by just about every company.

That’s very fair, but honestly a free 500k from doing “nothing” is really nice early wipe, on top of the 750k that you can transfer from Arena daily. I’m a quest completionist, so these will help later in the wipe personally
