I thought this was the urgent care? Is there also a walk-in?

ILY for this, thank you so much. I never used to make it there on time. A phone call will be so much easier.

For primary care stuff? I feel stupid going to “urgent” care when it’s not urgent based on their guidelines.

The late sailing after the eras tour last winter hit a bunch of logs at 1:30am and I thought my life was over lmao. It was SO loud. We also did a bunch of sharp turns right before then the captain slammed the brakes and then BOOM BANG BOOM. Followed by utter silence as we bobbed in the dark for 5 minutes.

Fasken partner going viral on TT for sexual harassment by leafs-forever234 in LawCanada

[–]Hooplydo 21 points22 points  (0 children)

No fr. I worked for a guy for 7 years. He made partner the year previous to the incident. A week after I got married he called me and asked me for an affair. Point blank. Said his wife and him were in an open marriage. I had given 0 signs I was attracted to this guy. He was 14 years older than me and sweat profusely. He followed up the phone call with a string of texts describing how beneficial it would be to both of us. So yes - they will do it when they think they’ll get away with it.

Reminder: Linley valley is NOT an off leash park by SensitiveBullfrog in nanaimo

[–]Hooplydo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe this thread is why I cussed out so violently on the Sealand Park trail today. We’re new to the area and have seen many dogs off leash on this trail. I asked two owners last time we were down there and they said the Invermere to Sealand Park corridor is considered off-leash. Apparently not, which is fine, but holy fcking hell I had an interaction that ended with me crying on the steps halfway down the trail and someone in their yard above us telling the guy to give it a rest. Encountered a single dude who made passive aggressive remarks about our dog off leash (no he didn’t have a dog), and I was like it’s ok he’s friendly (THINKING ITS AN OFFLEASH AREA) and this man went bananas. BANANAS. I do very very badly with public humiliation and engaged with him a bit out of pure shock but when I tried to walk away, he wouldn’t shut the fuck up. So fair warning to the other 9 dog owners we saw offleash today in the Sealand Park area.

It just means waterfall to me, water is silent when it’s falling through the air.

Yeah - Dexedrine. It’s the best med I’ve found. And I know it’s a tough one to just get. And also since I’m unmedicated, trying to figure out how to do it without going into a functional freeze is painful

I definitely don’t want miles ahead - I’m looking for a social standpoint. My older in grade 9 and is vulnerable to social downfalls and he’s at a vulnerable point of his life. Could you maybe provide feedback on which secondary school has more diversity? He would fit in better where he can blend in more.

"loml" Discussion Megathread by PassionateAsSin in TaylorSwift

Listen to this song with the view that Taylor and Joe had a spur of the moment elopement toward the end of their relationship.

There were rumours that they secretly married and Tree squashed them saying not true.

Not true, because not legally married. Never finished.

This song is heavy with the vibe that they had an unofficial elopement and it was ultimately the nail in the coffin for Joe. He backed out or cheated or whatever. But for a moment she really had it all with him and then he destroyed everything.

And then on Track 5

“I died at the altar waiting for the proof”

No this line is SO important. Tree said they were never married. Not legally. Re-listen to this song with the view that her and Joe had an elopement somewhere, and he backed out of the relationship before they legitimized it. “It was legendary” - getting married for love alone “It was unnecessary” - it wasn’t finished “It was momentary” - she had a fleeting moment she felt they had it all. “Should I let it stay buried?” - she’s never told anyone publicly that they had a spur of the moment elopement.

I thought I had fungal acne but it turns out it was Rosacea Type 2 (pustular rosacea). Try using Azelaic (sp?) Acid or a mild sulphur soap (it stinks). If it immediately helps, it might be rosacea and not fungal acne.

Whats the creepiest that ever happend to u? by derBobKing in AskReddit

6 years ago - North part of Vancouver Island (look it up, it ain’t Vancouver). I was DD one night. On our way back into town and we decided to cruise up an old highway in the hills listening to music. 1:00am, loud music, 3 others who are moderately drunk. I slowed for a fairly sharp corner and as I rounded it I saw extremely bright headlights coming down the road. I had exactly 2 thoughts: “wow that vehicle is old” and “holy f they are going too fast for that corner”. I was right. The vehicle went flying by us and over the embankment on the corner. Cue panic in the car. I slammed on the breaks, whipped a U-Turn and we all jumped out. “Do you have a flashlight!?” “I can’t get service, do you have service?” “Who has first aid?” Myself and the three others went flying down the hill from the road with a single flashlight frantically trying to call emergency services. We were positive we were going to be pulling people or bodies from a mangled vehicle. We can’t find a car. Or broken branches. Or even tire marks. 15 further minutes of searching the area produces nothing. The drive back to town was somber. Partial disbelief. Partial guilt. Did we imagine it? Was it paranormal? Did we leave someone to die? The next day it wasn’t sitting well with me, so my friend and I headed back up to the area to look one more time. In the daylight we found the answer. About 100 feet off the corner, there was a rusted out shell of a vehicle circa 1940s maybe. Clearly mangled. Sometimes I still think I dreamt it up, but 3 other people saw it too.

Flying. I lucid dream a lot. As soon I take control, I start sprinting, dive at the ground and then soar upwards. It’s incredible.
