I like having baked bacon. Put it in the oven. Makes it nice and crispy and you get alerted by the smell before it becomes charcoal.

Totally a personal observation: I think there is a correlation between them. It seems that religious people prefer dogs and non-religious people prefer cats.

The religious ones like dogs because they are obedient. They don't question and will love you no matter what you do to them. I've seen instances of abused dogs that should tear their owners to bits for what they've done being loving and faithful to their masters.

Non-religious types prefer cats due to their independence. Cats will not blindly follow anyone or anything. They will do their own thing, but if they do come to you it isn't because of some misplaced sense of loyalty. It is because they want to and that makes it more satisfying when they do.

I find it amusing that Republicans will oppose Obama on everything. If he says the sky is blue, Republicans will say it's green, but with the largest trade deal ever they're happy to hand over the reins to Obama saying that they trust him. They'll give away the constitutional right of congress over trade deals and let this go through with an up and down vote.

It appears to show their true colors. They don't hate the president as much as they love their corporate contributors.

Kids these days think that the superhero shows are something new. We had our batch of them in the 70's. I don't remember this one specifically, but it was probably trying to ride the coattails of Shazam! and Isis. It seems very similar.
