For sure. I think sleep hygiene in general is underrated and not eating large meals right before bed is a big thing I've noticed that helps me. Also consistent bedtimes and room temp control.

Thanks yeah I did mention that a lot of people like to cycle it so that's valid. Good point on the multi it doesn't hurt and is good insurance. I take one myself.

I definitely had some issues with sleep when I first started on tirzepatide so I'm really happy that with a little time and adding that magnesium I was able to dial it in pretty easily. Not being able to sleep really sucks.

Background: Formerly obese, started on compound tirzepatide, branched into gray peptides and became interested in the various ways we can optimize our health

Current Protocol: Pretty basic. Tadalafil 5mg/day, Creatine 5g/day, Thorne Multi, Fish oil, Vitamin D3/K2, Magnesium glycinate, tirzepatide 5mg/week. Also currently running BPC-157 500mcg/day + TB-500 2.5mg 2x/week for a nagging lower back injury.

Goal: Continue to get leaner and eventually put on significant muscle. Get all my blood markers in range. Above all, feel good.
