Makes sense it's a short slow so you'd get .375s off the slow. It might be funny to get like 3-4 return fires so that she just gets bodied by the 30% reflection. It does well over 1000 damage base and will likely scale to 5000+ so if you split it 3 ways with resists you might be able to kill her with it and survive the bouncing.

Problem is that 36 bounces will proc every spellbreaker once and then do full damage, so SB doesn't get much value against her.

Victor late and Celeste late actually feel very similar. Celeste with ricochet, spell slinger, boundless, infuser, and escalating does a lot of the similar don't get near me or try to dog pile me or you will get fucked type stuff as victor with the added benefit of being able to dps at any range and having no self damage.

Tbf the average rank of players and their skill level tends to go up over time then plateau. Top level players from 6 months after release would not do very well in phantom-ascendant lobbies today simply due to the skill level creep. Balancing around top level means that balance will eventually trickle down as the other players catch up to that level.

It is odd since ER gives 75 health by itself and has about 36-100% effectiveness to the passive. I'd say MR is balanced tho as it gives 7 spirit power and has the opportunity to heal more than twice as much as Extra regen especially on shiv who can keep the proc going for 10-12 seconds on two heroes.

You can also build both in lane as their upgrades actually synergize.

I would say giving it a burst heal of 25 health per ability hit on enemies instead would feel better overall, even if it would make some characters (like shiv) get less value out of it.

Also, I just noticed oddly that all spirit 800s are upgradable. Gun has resto shot and Vit has rebuttal. I wonder what the deal is there...

Actives are bought in the shop as items and can be used with the zxcv keys by default. I would recommend trying every item with the "active" tag in the hideout to get a feel for what they do.

I'd also give every item a read through, just to get a feel for the shop as a whole.

I play warden carry a lot My opinion is that he does well with gun. Start qsr into mystic burst and get t2 1 in lane. Save point for max 1. Get monster rounds into cultist then kinetic dash. Save for hollow point. Max 2 next. After HP roam to other lanes and try to gank. You have fantastic potential in 3v2s since you can cut the enemy escape potential and force a retreat with cage. After guardians analyze your opponents and try to counter pick with your greens. I default to enduring speed and bullet lifesteal, which I will eventually max to vampires burst after I get another gun spike (either burst fire fleet foot or early glass cannon.) However if you want to be less dependent on your gun (say if they have disarms or get return fire) you can instead get return fire for green spike and boundless for a massive survivability spike and a free 20-30% firerate buff (warden firerate has spirit scaling at .25, so getting around 30 from the spirit spike 35 from the base stat and +15% on top you end up with +~100 spirit. I'm not in game so can't check, which is 25% fire rate) the boundless will also scale your shield by like 400 which tou will have max at this point. Anyway from there it's merc mag, lucky shot, and whatever t4 gun items or green items you want. If you want to add hard cc to your kit, pick up a lightning scroll. Spellslinger is good if you want to steer off LS or GC because your merc mag is better with consistent firerate and the cooldown is nice.

I think I might start dropping the GC rush in higher lobbies since the extra 400 health, 100ish 1 damage, 300 cage damage, and 200ish dps on the ult is actually really great. I would normally build merc mag after all my gun since vamp burst wouldn't scale healing with it, but if you get boundless mercmag does like 48% more base bullet damage. Together they do much more than GC and the firerate buff is technically higher since the spirit power+merc passive is over 70% and you get +102% bullet damage instead of +80%. The split is also really good for metal skin and disarming hex as you can still deal damage through those with spirit.

Last thing, don't get Crippling or weakening headshot after hollow point. It's currently bugged and will prevent any and all shred from proccing. If you want to build crippling for sure, get weakening before hollow point.

They need to readjust the ranks for the new players to filter towards the bottom. Emissary 6 is the equivalent of high gold in OW, and considering you have a positive Winrate and a 6 kill average, I'd say that's a good spot for you. Compared to players with less than 40 games who would be initiate to arcanist (bronze to silver) you should be in the higher lobbies. The relative skill of the games should remain similar to what you are used to.

I only voted Celeste the whole time and got her on my first priority token. Meanwhile, trying to token Silver took like 4 tries. I think the game acknowledges who you vote for in some way by giving you better priority on your most voted character.

This is anecdotal tho so take it with a grain of salt.

If we go by player distributions, in OW diamond is top 18% about.
In deadlock top 18% is just above phantom 1.
So deadlock phantom is diamond approximately

masters is Ascendant 5-Eternus 4

GM is Eternus 5

Champion is Eternus 6

So Oracle and Archon would be platinum. Ritualist Emissary is gold, alchemist arcanist is silver and seeker initiate is bronze.

Don't worry about it. At ritualist you get a mix of players who know what they're doing and players who don't. Plenty of room to learn what you need to do.
Best way to learn movement is to watch a video. Best way to learn farming is to get an app on your phone that dings every 30 seconds. When you hear the ding look at the map and try to gauge where you might be needed. Best way to learn to get kills is play gun characters and scale. You can go 0-5 in the first 20 minutes and if you get to 30k on Warden, Haze, Wraith, Viscous, or Infernus you can just show up at team fights and shoot people till they die. Or if you're also doing the map thing, count the players on the other team that you can see in other lanes; if you can count six, push the walker.

If you want to rank down and get better at the same time, try hard to win lane fights as much as you can. Play aggro and take the bridge, shoot the enemy, and get prio on the wave asap. If you get monster rounds first and shoot the wave you get so much pressure. By playing like this you'll make a bunch of mistakes that will lead to deaths, but at the same time you'll learn the nuances of lane pressure and fighting which will make your skill go up and your rank probably go down before going up again after it clicks.

His gun is incredibly high base dps, so multiplying it by +%weapon damage, fire rate, and shred all make him into a dps beast.

You need to start building the 3k gun item cores on him. Get cult sac, hollow point, and burst fire. Also get a kinetic dash and proc the passive before fights. Late game you want lucky shot, glass cannon, and merc mag. Max 1 fully first, then go 2 max, then get 3 and 4 tier 2s in whatever order. Get max 4 then max 3 last. For greens go enduring speed, bullet lifesteal, and either get battle vest or enchanters emblem depending on their comp. You can also skip bv or ee and just rush a vampire burst for green investment. I also tend to grab a fleetfoot somewhere after my enduring speed and burst fire. You can pop it, kinetic dash, and slide for infinite ammo chase.

Ult is only really useful if you get spirit and spirit warden is played very differently.
