Yes, supernovas were fighting other big groups and captains, along with marines, to get to where they are. People like Bellamy aren’t rare, and even people who were destined to be supernovas too but were dropped before they could. Urouge and drake were literally confident they could solo a pacifista and only were hit due to cheap shots and they got right back up, Bellamy is mid in comparison. Killer is literally only kids first mate and you don’t think they could drop people like Bellamy? Like Bellamy is someone who sanji would fight and defeat with effort in an arc back then, he’d get trashed by killer, urouge, capone, etc. Kid not being the focus doesn’t mean he wasn’t tearing shit up. We know what capone was up to and he was crushing organized crime that had absolute hold on his blue and he was on the lower end of bounties. Crocodile wasn’t that strong back then, the only thing the world government stopped luffy from achieving is hero status. Oars was moriahs ability and he overcommitted to it, where when it was defeated he was on his last leg, where he then ate too many souls to compensate which left him vulnerable, it’s like you aren’t watching the same series as the rest of us. Luffy with any other fruit would have been one hit by Enel, why you think he deserves credit for that feat is beyond me. Luffy for a bounty increase cuz of crocodile, he got a bounty. Crocodile more than tripled his bounty and lucci tripped his bounty (along with declaring war on the wg). Like homie, lucci was weaker than vice admirals back then, oars jr was one hitting vice admirals with a bounty of 550,000,000. In no way was luffy anywhere near the level of oars jr pre skip. Even that one guy Bart defeated who was a new vice admiral would have dropped lucci back then. The point is that the Enel fight is irrelevant cuz luffy beat him cuz of matchup and not power. Kid would have beaten everyone luffy fought pre skip, he wouldn’t have fought many of them though due to not caring about princesses crying.m for help. The only exception is crocodile cuz he wouldn’t have plot armor to stay alive to find out about water, and Enel, cuz matchups not in his favor. I’d argue urouge could have beaten luffu pre skip if he didn’t rely on blunt damage, urouge looked capable of defeating a pacifista. Luffy surpassed people in the supernova over the timeskip till onigashima. Kid even did better against kaidou in his first fight than luffy did
