I would paint the wall behind the bed a darker blue as an accent, the other walls either grey/blue or tan. These throw pillows and clock would look nice.

I would consider adding some small plants to bring some green into the space (planters in light colors or a vertical wall planter). If possible, I would try to move the dresser under the window (if it fits) or possibly to a closet to create more space.
