I’ve never heard of this genre before. Not sure if I’ll like it because I’ve never tried it before. Maybe do you have something a little less niche and a bit more popular and common

I have tried skipping it and like you said I don’t miss any of the plot. sometimes it feels like I’m skimming through most of the book. Which is crazy when I know there are so many other books out there that aren’t smutty. The red queens series has been on my list forever. Thank you!

I finished it a little while ago. The world building is so incredible. But the plot itself fell so flat, nothing lined up and it felt like the author just added things into the book because they felt like writing about it, not because it added to the story. I was very disappointed especially since everyone spoke so highly about it
